Chicken Wings ? 8 - 10 pieces, thawed if frozen 1/2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil 1 tsp. minced garlic 1/2 tsp. grated ginger 4 Tbsp. soy sauce 2 tsp. rice wine vinegar 1/2 cup Orange Marmalade 2 Tbsp. Teriyaki Sauce 1/2 tsp. Beazell?s Cajun Seasoning Dash of red pepper
Optional ? Chopped Cilantro
Heat oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook stirring occasionally, about two minutes. Add ginger, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, marmalade, teriyaki sauce, Beazell?s Cajun Seasoning and red pepper. Cook stirring occasionally until slightly thickened, 3 to 5 minutes. If you need it to thicken a little more, mix 1/2 to 1 tsp. of corn starch in a couple tablespoons of water and mix it in. Cook for another few minutes.
Bake your chicken wings in the oven at 375 degrees (on a pan that has been sprayed with Pam) for approximately 30 ? 35 minutes.
Place wings in bowl and toss with glaze until well coated. Garnish with Cilantro if desired. ? with Beazell's Cajun Seasoning and Libby Fisher
